In deepest rural Ireland, on the edge of a lake in Drumshanbo, Co Leitrim, is home of The Shed Distillery and PJ Rigney. PJ created The Shed Distillery with its medieval copper pot stills and began a quest to fuse oriental botanicals with the local Irish ones. As it turned out, they got on very well indeed. The result of this passionate exploration is Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish Gin - unique, extraordinary, and remarkable, all bottled and labelled by local hands at the distillery.

el Jimador Reposado begins with 100% hand-harvested blue Weber agave, naturally fermented and double distilled. Then it enjoys a two-month siesta in their own handmade American oak barrels until the perfect moment. In 2015 Four Pillars combined their Rare Dry Gin with some of the best Shiraz grapes in Australia to create the Bloody Shiraz Gin for the first time. And now each year they steep Yarra Valley Shiraz grapes in gin, and after eight weeks they press the fruit before blending with more Rare Dry Gin.

Similar in style to the Rare Dry Gin but with the addition of three fresh botanicals: turmeric to add weight and earthiness, ginger for spice and zesty native finger limes.

Frangelico tantalises the senses with a rich hazelnut flavour that comes from the tonda gentile hazelnuts of Southern Piedmont. They are bigger, plumper and more uniform. Perfect for toasting and without a bitter taste, giving Frangelico its surprising golden sweetness.

Galliano Amaretto is a rich and especially well-balanced. The bitter almond flavour is obtained by mixing the pure essence of bitter almonds with essential oils of geranium, rose and orris. Besides the familiar marzipan and bitter almond flavour, it contains hints of roasted cacao beans and Madagascar vanilla. The subtle note of sweet and sour cherries comes from the flesh and stones of the fruit. The distillate is left to age for a few weeks to develop the sweet, caramel and bitter aromas, which results in the unique feature of Galliano Amaretto.
